When the seal in a double-glazed unit fails, moisture can become trapped between the panes. If the frame is suitable, replacing the glass unit can restore the view without replacing the whole window.

Prepare for your repairDo I need a whole new window?
Not necessarily. If the frame is sound, it may be possible to replace the double-glazed unit or repair the handles, hinges or locking mechanism. We assess the problem before recommending the work.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Key Window Care does not charge a call-out fee. Contact us with the problem and your postcode so we can discuss the repair and a quote.
What does the 10-year guarantee cover?
Our 10-year guarantee applies to new double-glazed units. It does not apply automatically to every repair or hardware part. Ask us about the cover for your particular job when we quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bristol and cover Bristol, Bath and Weston-super-Mare, with a working radius of around 35 miles. If you are nearby, send your postcode and we will confirm availability.
Can I send photos of the problem?
Yes. Email a photograph of the whole window or door and a close-up of the issue to info@keywindowcare.com. Include your postcode and a contact number. Please do not force a stuck handle or remove any glass to take a photo.
